CEO Ravi Alat Leads Early Momentum: 70–80 Societies Already in Process of Signing MoUs Offline Ahead of Maharashtra Redevelopment Abhiyan

Mumbai, July 2025 – The upcoming Maharashtra Redevelopment Abhiyan is already gaining strong early momentum. Under the leadership of CEO Ravi Alat, 70 to 80 housing societies across the state have begun the process of signing MoUs through offline channels, signaling growing awareness and demand for redevelopment.

The Redevelopment Bazaar company has been officially launched, and its digital portal has been inaugurated by the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Eknath Shinde. However, the registration window for societies will officially open on the day of the Maharashtra Redevelopment Abhiyan launch.

The event is expected to witness participation from over 2,000 to 3,000 housing societies in the coming months — making it one of the largest and most impactful urban transformation campaigns in the state.

To make the launch more insightful and collaborative, ministers, urban development experts, and top industry professionals have been invited to be a part of the Maharashtra Redevelopment Abhiyan. Their presence is aimed at guiding societies, sharing best practices, and accelerating the redevelopment process with the right vision and execution.

With strong leadership, strategic planning, and growing interest from the ground level, this initiative is set to redefine the future of urban housing in Maharashtra.
