The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its third housing scheme of 2025, the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana, offering 7,500 affordable flats across Delhi in areas like Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur. The scheme targets various income groups with discounts ranging from 15% to 25%. Registration started on May 20, with bookings opening May 27. A new chatbot service will assist applicants.
